If picking up tickets at the box office you must bring this order confirmation. Tickets may be picked up at the box office during regular hours or on the performance day 2 hours before show time. Please plan to pick up your tickets at least one half hour before show start time. The Box Office is located east of the main doors. Please look for posters on the windows. 

WILL CALL: For those patrons who chose the ‘will call’ option, your ticket(s) can be picked up at the Box Office on the date of the performance. Please arrive early and bring your six digit order number. You can also pick up your tickets in advance of the event during regular Box Office hours.

PRINT @ HOME: For those patrons who chose the ‘print at home’ option, please click the link in your original confirmation email, print your ticket(s) and be sure to present them to the ushers in the theatre.

Street parking is available throughout the downtown area, as well as at the City of Oshawa surface lot one block south and the parking garage located one block east of the theatre. Generally all parking is free downtown after 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. Please note that if there is a large event at the Tribute Communities Centre (GM Centre), there may be a charge of $5 for parking at city lots.
